How do I make a reservation?

What will I need for my New Jersey limo reservation?

Answer:

To make a reservation, you will need details such as passengers’ names, locations for pick up and drop off, contact information (preferably two phone numbers), flight details if you have them, and payment.

When do I sign my New Jersey limo service contract?

Answer: You can sign your contract in the office, or online when you make your reservation and payment then

Does NewJersey.Limo have services in other states or countries?

Answer: 

There are some international locations so give us a call if you need to make a reservation.

Is there an hourly hire option or just package deals?

Answer: 

Hourly options are available for you. Enjoy customizing a package or paying hourly for a professional chauffeur.

What’s the cancellation policy for NewJersey.limo?

Answer:

There is a fee; however, it depends on the reservation and the time it was canceled. For special events, you will end up paying twenty percent for a fee. However, if you cancel within two weeks of the event, you’ll forfeit the entire amount.

Am I allowed to change my route even after the driver has picked me up?

Answer: 

Please let us know if your end destination has changed, so give us a call.

Can I have a receipt ?

Answer:

You’ll receive an email receipt.

Do we provide a tip to our drivers or is that included?

Answer: 

A tip is not included in the price, so be sure to tip your driver if you are pleased with their services.

I’m trying to book a car from the airport, when should I make the pickup time for?

Answer: 

It would help if you made it for the time the flight would land. However, if you wish for another time, you should specify it in your reservation.

Does New Jersey limo accept major credit cards?

Answer:       

Yes. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted.

Can I pay for my limo hire in cash?

Answer:  

Yes. Payments can be made by cash or card, or multiple methods can pay the total amount.

Can I use a personal check or a business check to pay for the limo hire?

Answer: 

Yes. The check must clear before the reservation, however.

Do I still get a receipt if I pay for the hire in cash?

Answer:

You can ask for a receipt from your driver at the office or call in and request a receipt be emailed.

Is there a way to have drinks in the vehicle for special occasions?

Answer: 

Of course! Celebrate your special occasion with champagne, wine, or any other drinks! There will be a drink charge, and they are also subject to what’s available.

We have a small child, is a car seat available?

Answer:  

Car seats are available upon request. Let us know when the reservation is booked.

There are more than three big pieces of luggage, is there any way to put excess luggage in the car?

Answer: 

Unfortunately, no luggage is allowed inside due to potential damage to the vehicle. If you have excess baggage, let us know, and we’ll advise you on an appropriately sized vehicle that can accommodate it all.

I’d like to travel with my pet, is this permitted with your New Jersey limo service?

Answer: 

Pets are permitted as long as they remain in their cage. Let us know at the time of the booking.

There was something left in one of the limos, how do I get it back?

Answer:   

If something is lost, call our office, and we will check the vehicles. Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for lost items.

Will the passenger(s) waiting to be picked up be alerted when the limo service has arrived to the location?

Answer: 

Passengers will get a call. However, it’s ultimately the passenger’s responsibility to be there at arrival time. Two phone numbers are recommended to be provided to us.

Am I going to have to pay extra if my flight is delayed??

Answer:  

If the flight is delayed and the airline updates their information with this delay, then you will not be charged. Additionally, you’re granted a half-hour waiting time for domestic flights and forty-five minutes for international flights for you to get from the runway to the driver.

What do I do after I land at the airport?

Answer:  

When you land at the airport and have collected your luggage, you can do one of two things. First, meet your driver at the baggage claim area or the customs exit. If, however, meet and greet has not been arranged, call your driver.

 

 

Can the driver come inside to help with luggage?

Answer: 

No, sorry. Vehicles are not to be left unattended.

Are my credit card details secure if I pay online?

Answer: 

Yes. We take online security very seriously here, which is why we’ve used SSL encryption to protect your details while on our site.
